Location
• Beverly, MA
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, contract, 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide bedside nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry data accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing training requirements
Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum of 2 years of bedside nursing experience in a telemetry or cardiac unit
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
• BLS certification through AHA (American Heart Association)
• Ability to pass a day-one pass/fail testing at orientation
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a hospital setting, especially with cardiac patients
• Willingness to float to other hospital campuses as needed
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
