Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 13-week duration, Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients in a hospital setting.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
• Interpret telemetry rhythm strips and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and perform procedures such as PICC line removal and catheter management.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record system.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Louisiana.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse in a telemetry or medical-surgical environment.
• Strong assessment skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret cardiac rhythms.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with advanced call light systems and iMobile technology.
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures regarding telemetry care.
• Ability to work independently and in stressful situations.
