Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, evening shifts, 12-hour shifts (3 PM - 3 AM), working 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a Level I Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer treatments and medications according to protocols and patient needs.
• Document patient information accurately in compliance with hospital policies.
• Respond rapidly to emergency situations, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain Cerner electronic health records system proficiency and documentation compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the state of Tennessee.
• Must have Cerner electronic health record experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Certifications: ACLS and PALS required.
• Willing to work evening (3 PM - 3 AM) shifts, including some holidays.
• Open to float within scope as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Level I Emergency Department.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
• Ability to adapt to scheduling and occasional holiday shifts.
