Schedule / Job Type
- Night shift, full-time, 3x12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit.
- Float to other Prisma Health units or campuses as needed, performing tasks within demonstrated competencies.
- Adhere to Prisma Health’s policies, including Epic EMR documentation and unit-specific protocols.
- Complete pre-assignment testing and required modules within 48 hours of contract start.
- Ensure compliance with travel requirements and documentation such as Social Security Number submission.
Required Qualifications
- Current South Carolina or Multistate Nursing License.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience with Epic EMR.
- Ability to float to different units as per policy.
- Must send Social Security Number with submittal.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units.
- Experience in adult ICU or progressive care settings.
- Familiarity with Prisma Health’s policies and procedures.
