• Full-time, days, 5x8 hours, weekdays only (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services for rehabilitation patients in a clinic setting
• Treat neuro and orthopedic patients, with a focus on neurological rehabilitation and vestibular therapy
• Manage patient care using EMR system, specifically Epic, with recent proficiency required
• Follow all facility and compliance guidelines, including local residency restrictions and documentation requirements
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans for patients

Required Qualifications

• Valid North Carolina license or Multistate license with clear ETA
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient experience, preferably with neuro and orthopedic caseloads
• Recent experience and proficiency with EMR systems, specifically Epic
• Must provide a valid driver’s license for address verification prior to offer acceptance

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience treating outpatient neuro and orthopedic patients
• Strong neuro rehabilitation background, including vestibular training or experience
• Familiarity with using advocacy tools such as Qualivis cover sheet and Nursys report
• Ability to work independently and adhere to compliance and documentation standards
