Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech-language pathology services to clients in a healthcare setting
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Adjust therapy plans based on patient progress and needs
• Participate in a rotating weekend schedule, approximately once a month

Required Qualifications
• Valid license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Ability to work full-time hours, including some weekends on a rotation basis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant clinical or practical experience in speech therapy

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a rehabilitation or healthcare facility
• Familiarity with current speech therapy techniques and equipment
