Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

• Travel, 13-week assignment, night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to laboring patients in a busy hospital setting.
• Support patient choices and promote vaginal birth opportunities.
• Assist with procedures such as IUPC, FSE, MgSO4, and postpartum hemorrhage management.
• Document patient care using CPN and Meditech systems.
• Collaborate with a team including midwives, CRNAs, OB doctors, and support staff to ensure positive patient outcomes.
• Maintain a professional and compassionate environment for patients and families.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• Experience with fetal monitoring.
• Ability to support patient-centered care practices.
• Comfortable floating to other departments or units as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with spinning babies or STABLE methods is helpful.
• Prior experience in labor and delivery units.
• Knowledge of obstetric procedures and neonatal resuscitation.
