- Full-time, Days shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting physical mobility or functional independence
- Provide outpatient services such as sports, orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, stroke, balance, and dizziness rehabilitation
- Deliver specialized care including wheelchair seating, neck, back, and extremity therapy
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Travel to multiple points of care as needed
Required Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
- Ability to travel between care locations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in outpatient rehab settings
- Knowledge of diverse therapy techniques and modalities
