Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit or Stepdown setting for adult patients.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform assessments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Follow unit protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Float to lesser units as needed, first to do so.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Missouri.
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in PCU or similar high-acuity unit.
- Experience with high acuity drips, arterial lines, and bipap-Airvo preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with arterial lines and bipap-Airvo devices.
- High acuity drip experience.
