Job Title
• Registered Nurse - ICU

Location
• Dickson, TN

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, travel, 13-week assignment, shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, working 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients in a busy hospital setting
• Perform procedures such as central line placements, arterial line insertions, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and intubations
• Monitor patient status using advanced ICU equipment including GE ICU monitors and Arctic Sun, Continuous EEG systems
• Collaborate with healthcare team to implement patient care plans and ensure optimal recovery
• Document patient care accurately in the Meditech system
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols, including dress code (Galaxy Blue or Pewter scrubs)

Required Qualifications
• Valid Registered Nurse license
• ICU experience with a minimum of 2 years in critical care settings
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with advanced ICU technology and procedures
• Ability to float to ICU overflow units when needed
• Familiarity with hospital-specific documentation systems and policies
