Location
• Nashville, TN
Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, Seasonal, 13-week assignment, Nights shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
• Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and administer treatments or interventions as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
• Valid registered nurse license in the state of Tennessee or as applicable
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a travel schedule
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a high-volume emergency department
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Knowledge of trauma protocols and emergency procedures
