Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12-hour nights)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU stepdown/PCU patients, including transplant, nephrology, and urology cases.
• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical condition using bedside monitors and central systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records.
• Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and post-operative care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum of 1 year recent nursing experience in a similar setting.
• Ability to work night shifts and float within scope as needed.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with transplant, nephrology, or urology patient populations.
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records system.
• Previous experience in a Level I Trauma or Magnet hospital setting.
