Therapist - Physical Therapist

Location: Danvers, MA

Schedule / Job Type: 13-week contract (with 6-month commitment preferred) | Days | Open to 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10s; must be available for 2 evenings per week (until 7:00 PM) | 5 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Schedule and conduct approximately 55-63 treatments and evaluations weekly
• Manage treatment plans, document progress, and communicate effectively with patients and team
• Utilize Raintree EMR system for documentation and workflow management
• Complete required training modules prior to assignment
• Adhere to facility policies, including notice periods and scheduling guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• At least 3 months of outpatient therapy experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings post-clinicals
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to work with a high patient volume and maintain productivity standards
• Prior experience with EMR systems, preferably Raintree

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Flexibility with scheduling and availability for evening shifts
• Strong communication and patient management skills
