Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Onsite, Day shifts, 8.5 hours per shift, 4 shifts per week, Weekend rotation (Sunday-Thursday)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy support to clients under licensed supervision.
• Assist in developing and implementing therapy plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and respond to treatment needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
• State licensure or registration as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient therapy setting.
• Familiarity with documentation management systems.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
