Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night Shifts, 3x12-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in Labor and Delivery units.
• Maintain a 1:1 patient-to-nurse ratio for optimal care.
• Document patient information accurately using Meditech or similar electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality maternal and newborn care.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including charting and compliance standards.
• Support postpartum and nursery patient needs as required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery, nursery, or women’s health.
• Valid nursing license required at the time of application.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWOHNN.
• Ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• No current requests for calendar week off; all time off requests must be submitted at time of application.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a Level III neonatal or maternity unit preferred.
• Familiarity with acute care hospital environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
