Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility and function.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Guarantee a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and protocols.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
