Job Title
• Therapist - Occupational Therapy Assistant

Location
• Mill Valley, CA

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, day shifts, 35 hours guaranteed per week, total of 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients under the supervision of licensed therapists
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and independence
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to therapy interventions
• Support therapy sessions and patient engagement activities
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment in compliance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications
• State licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
• Proven experience in occupational therapy settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of clinical documentation and electronic health records
• Bilingual skills are a plus
