Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for a variety of medical/surgical conditions, including urology, gynecology, orthopedics, medicine, trauma, ENT, and vascular cases
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in EPIC electronic health records
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout their hospital stay
• Follow all hospital policies and procedures, including maintaining compliance with certification and licensing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical nursing setting
• Valid Nursys license verification
• Current certification card (e.g., BLS, ACLS as required)
• EPIC EMR system experience is mandatory
• Work history/resume without gaps greater than 60 days
• Ability to provide references and skills checklist

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital setting with diverse patient populations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with trauma and acute care nursing
