Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using electronic medical records
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
• Manage a caseload with a productivity standard of 55-63 patients per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• At least 3 months of outpatient therapy experience or 1 year in other settings
• Ability to work 5 days per week, with availability to work two evenings until 7:00 pm
• Willingness to work 10.5-hour shifts (4 days per week)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Raintree electronic medical record system (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and patient management skills
