• Full-time, Contract (13 to 26 weeks), Days shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress accurately using Raintree EMR system.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain productivity levels of 55-63 patients per week.
• Adhere to scheduling requirements, including being available for some evening shifts until 7:00 PM.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months outpatient (OP) experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
• Ability to work 10.5-hour daily shifts.
• Completion of three HealthStream modules prior to assignment (new travelers).
• Must have valid physical therapy license in the state of Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient or equivalent PT experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Strong documentation skills and experience with EMR systems.
