• Full-time, Night shift (3x12 hours per week, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for patients in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units.
• Recognize ECG rhythms and monitor patient vitals to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Complete assessments, administer medications, and document patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with all facility-specific policies and safety protocols, including certifications and assessments.
• Work at least every other holiday as required.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent permanent experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing.
• Valid Ohio or Compact State nursing license in hand at the time of submission.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current; NIH certification required prior to start).
• Epic electronic health record system experience.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• One recent managerial reference from within the past 12 months in the specialty field.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with BCI/FBI background check requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Nicotine-free policies (exemptions apply for nurses and CSTs).
