Full-time, night shift, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care on the Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit during night shifts.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring safe and effective care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient observations and care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry Nursing.
• Current Ohio license or valid Compact State license.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments with acceptable scores.
• Must have all active certifications with no pending issues.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working night shifts in a hospital setting.
• Familiarity with Cleveland Clinic policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
