• Full-time, 3x12 rotating shifts (night and day)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Medical-Surgical and Telemetry unit within a hospital environment.
• Adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards, including ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes across rotating shifts.
• Complete required assessments and certifications during orientation.
• Work at least every other holiday, following hospital policies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing prior to travel assignments.
• 18 months of recent experience in MS/Tele, travel experience counts.
• Valid Ohio or compact state nursing license, active at time of submission.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications active and current.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Ability to pass BG review and appropriate drug screenings.
• FBI/BCI fingerprinting completed within 48 hours of signing contract.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital setting with rotating shifts.
• Knowledge of hospital policies regarding nicotine exposure and PPE requirements.
• Experience with hospital-specific documentation and compliance systems.
