Schedule / Job Type

• Days shift, 4 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift
• Full-time or PRN availability
• Evening hours available if needed
• Temp-to-hire opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in need of rehabilitation
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care and progress in compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Current or pending licensure in Washington State
• Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts, including flexibility for evenings if needed
• Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in acute or outpatient therapy settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to diverse patient populations
