- Full-time, contract, 12-hour shifts, days and nights
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Provide support and education to patients and families
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska
- Proven experience in ICU or critical care settings
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights
- Strong assessment and clinical skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or agency nursing experience
- Knowledge of hospital electronic medical records systems
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
