Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre and post-procedure care for patients undergoing endoscopy and GI procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
• Collaborate with medical team to deliver high-quality care and ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and compliance regulations

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license for Kansas or a valid Compact license
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Experience with pre/post-operative care in PACU setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Gastrointestinal (GI) and Endoscopy pre/post-procedure care
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment

Additional Details

• Orientation includes virtual and on-site training, with scheduled sessions at the facility
• 13-week assignment, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
