Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, 8.5 hours per day, 7 days per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
• Support patient progress through therapeutic activities and exercises
• Document patient care and progress according to organizational guidelines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care

Required Qualifications
• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure or certification
• Ability to work full-time on dayshift schedule
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good documentation skills
