Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to clients in a clinical setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters and treatment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid occupational therapist license in the state of Vermont.
• Relevant certification or credentialing as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience in delivering occupational therapy services.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting.
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus.
