Respiratory Therapist
Location: Little Rock, AR
Schedule / Job Type: Part-time, Night shifts (3 shifts per week)
Key Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to pediatric patients in a fast-paced, teaching hospital setting.
• Provide care during 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Ensure proper use of EPIC electronic health record system for documentation.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in ED and PICU units, floating to other pediatric areas as needed.
• Follow all safety and compliance protocols, including negative nicotine testing prior to shift.
• Maintain credentialing requirements including current RRT certification and EPIC experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification, no CRT.
• Experience in Emergency Department (ED) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
• EPIC electronic health record systems experience.
• Ability to float to other pediatric units when necessary.
• Must pass a negative nicotine test prior to employment.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• NICU experience.
• Knowledge of pediatric respiratory care protocols.
• Able to adhere strictly to scheduled shifts with minimal call-offs.
