• Travel, Night shifts, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care on a 36-bed telemetry unit specializing in respiratory disorders.
• Float to other units and hospitals as needed to meet staffing requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including respiratory therapy, physical therapy, care management, and pharmacy.
• Adhere to facility policies and ensure high-quality, specialized nursing care.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the EMR system.

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Alabama or a valid Compact license.
• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN).
• AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; 1 year in a respiratory or telemetry setting.
• Willing to work 36 hours per week, including holidays and every other weekend.
• Ability to float between units and hospitals.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with respiratory patients and telemetry monitoring.
• Flexibility with schedule and ability to adapt to different clinical settings.
