- Full-time, Night shifts, Travel assignment, 13-week duration
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in an Intermediate Care/Progressive Care Unit or Stepdown setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
- Transition patients smoothly through different levels of care as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Ability to work night shifts (12.5 hours).
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in cardiac step-down units.
- Travel nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to handle high-acuity patients with confidence.
