Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic support to patients to improve their daily living and functional skills
- Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team
- Support patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care
Required Qualifications
- Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with occupational therapy treatments
- Ability to adapt patient care techniques to individual needs
