Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Days | Full-time | 4 shifts per week | 8.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and rehabilitation services
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress under supervision
• Prepare treatment areas and document patient sessions accurately
• Support patients in exercises and therapeutic activities to promote recovery
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in accordance with healthcare standards

Required Qualifications
• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Relevant state-specific licensing or registration as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and patient care procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing patient needs

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and electronic health records (EHR) systems
