- Full-time, rotational shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general ultrasound procedures, including vascular imaging, utilizing GE Logic E10 and Samsung WS80A equipment
- Provide floating coverage across various radiology units, including OR, fluoroscopy, off-site locations, and surgery as needed
- Interpret and document ultrasound images, assist with contrast injections, and support patient care during procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays, with on-call hours from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Adhere to department protocols and ensure accurate documentation within the Epic system
- Work collaboratively with radiology team in a busy community hospital setting
Required Qualifications
- RVT certification and ARDMS credentials in Abdomen (AB) or Obstetrics (OB)
- Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience, including vascular
- Experience with Epic electronic medical record system within the past 2 years
- Must be CT and X-ray trained, capable of performing a variety of imaging procedures
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and vehicle equipped for winter months (all-season or snow tires)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel ultrasound experience in hospital settings
- Experience with fluoro, MRI, nuclear medicine, or mammography is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a solo shift environment (3rd shift only)
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a bonus

- Schedule includes working 2 out of 4 holidays, with rotating on-call duties
Shifts / Schedule Details
- 8-hour shifts, Monday through Sunday, with no block scheduling
- Bi-weekly orientation sessions; next session begins 1/19
- Shift hours and specific scheduling to be posted; flexible with schedule required
Equipment & Facilities
- Facilities equipped with GE Logic E10, Samsung WS80A, Phillips, Toshiba, Cannon, and Carestream systems
- 7 X-ray rooms, 3 C-Arms, 2 CT units, 1 MRI, 4 ultrasound machines, nuclear medicine, and mammography equipment
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work in various units within radiology and perform procedures such as contrast injections and fluoroscopy
- All US and MRI callouts scheduled for weekends and holidays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Importantly, the candidate must be flexible, self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic hospital environment
