• Full-time, day shifts (4x10 hours)

Key Responsibilities
• Perform interventional and structural procedures in the cath lab, including complex cardiac cases.
• Assist with patient preparation, procedural setup, and post-procedure care within the cath lab environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow protocols during all procedures.
• Adhere to hospital policies and OSHA regulations in a high-acuity setting.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the cath lab or electrophysiology (EP).
• Valid, permanent Ohio license (compact licenses accepted for starts from 1/1/23 onwards).
• Active certifications with no pending items; ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments required during orientation.
• Two references from a supervisor, manager, or director within the past 12 months.
• Clear background check (BCI/FBI) completed within 48 hours of contract signing.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a high-volume cath lab environment.
• Knowledge of EP procedures and structural interventions.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to recognize arrhythmias.
