Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility environment.
• Cover all scheduled shifts, including occasional weekends and holidays as required.
• Float between units as needed, maintaining flexibility for different patient populations.
• Adhere to documentation and medication protocols using the EPIC system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Support dementia-capable care practices and follow facility guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Prior travel healthcare experience.
• Current RN license in the state of Vermont.
• EPIC electronic medical record experience within the last 2 years (non-negotiable).
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week.
• Willingness to work at least 2 out of 4 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day).
• Reliable transportation, personal or rental vehicle, equipped for winter conditions.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Dementia-capable care certification (preferred but not required).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Familiarity with long-term patient populations aged 60+.
