Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute patient care in the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry units, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, including ECG rhythm recognition and medication administration
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Follow hospital policies and procedures to maintain compliance and quality standards
• Complete required assessments and participate in orientation and training sessions
• Work at least every other holiday as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ohio RN license or active Compact license in hand
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing prior to travel assignment
• Recent (within the last 18 months) MS/Tele experience, travel experience acceptable
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments with acceptable scores during orientation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital setting with the Cleveland Clinic or similar healthcare environment
• Knowledge of hospital policies related to traveler compliance and documentation
• Ability to work flexible shifts and rotate as operational needs require
