Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Schedule / Job Type

• Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week (Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to mothers and newborns across all phases of OB care in a Labor and Delivery unit.
• Float between units as needed based on departmental needs.
• Utilize Epic EMR system for charting and documentation.
• Assist with roles across various units within scope of practice, including NRP certification.
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards during night shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license for Montana or a valid Compact license.
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Ability to work night shifts and float as required.
• Must be able to pass travel compliance and provide supervisory references covering at least 6 months in the past 3 years.
• Completed Epic training or experience preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in Labor and Delivery or OB units.
• Ability to adapt to variable weekend scheduling.
• Experience with critical access hospitals or small facility settings preferred.
