Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare team to assess patient needs and develop care plans.
• Provide patient and family education in outpatient settings.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Implement care strategies to promote health and safety for outpatient clients.
• Analyze assessment data to identify diagnoses and plan appropriate interventions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
• Experience working in pre-hospital settings such as EMS, Ski Patrol, or Search & Rescue.
• Knowledge of electronic health record systems.
• Ability to work in outpatient or walk-in clinics.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, or acute care environments.
• Outpatient or clinic work experience.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with healthcare management software.
