Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in an inpatient/swing bed setting with occasional outpatient services.
• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans following American Occupational Therapy Association guidelines.
• Document all patient interactions accurately using the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, quality care.
• Support patient safety and adhere to clinical standards and practices.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license or certification.
• Ability to treat patients in accordance with established practice guidelines.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation.
• Experience working in inpatient care settings.
• Authorization to treat patients with physician referral.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in hospital or swing bed settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
