• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Step Down Unit at a community hospital setting.
• Administer treatments, monitor patient vitals, and respond to emergencies in a high-acuity environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and manage ICU equipment.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Join every other weekend schedule to support continuous patient coverage.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Nursing License.
• ICU nursing experience preferred.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Ability to work three 12-hour night shifts per week.
• Knowledge of ICU protocols and patient care standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) preferred.
• Prior experience working in a hospital ICU setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
