Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to adult patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, and respond to urgent medical situations.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately using electronic medical records.
• Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining medical equipment as needed.
• Support patient and family education to promote understanding and recovery.

Required Qualifications

• Active TN nursing license or multistate licensure.
• Current ACLS, BLS, CPI/MAB, PALS, and NIHSS certifications.
• One or more years of recent ER or acute care nursing experience.
• EMR experience with Epic preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and perform floating to other units when required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in adult emergency or critical care settings.
• Certification in TNCC is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
