Night shift, 4 days per week, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy care to patients in an ICU setting.
• Float between multiple hospital units including Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan facilities.
• Maintain compliance with all certification and licensing requirements.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards during patient treatments.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Required Qualifications

• NBRC (RRT) certification.
• Indiana state license required prior to start.
• 18 months of recent ICU experience.
• ACLS and BCLS certification.
• Must be in hand before the start date; temporary licenses may be obtainable after application.
• SSN and DOB required at submission.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an ICU environment for at least 18 months.
• Ability to float between hospital units and manage multiple assignments.
• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
