Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, day shifts, 7 shifts per week, 8.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in delivering therapy services to patients
• Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities as directed
• Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team
• Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for therapy sessions
• Adhere to all facility policies and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Previous experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans and procedures accurately
• Familiarity with documentation and healthcare software

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of current occupational therapy techniques and best practices
