Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments and interventions to patients as assigned
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Adhere to licensing and credentialing requirements to ensure compliance
• Attend orientation and training sessions to stay updated on protocols and equipment usage

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in clinical setting with patient care and treatment planning
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately and timely
• Compliance with all credentialing and licensing requirements
• Flexibility to work days shift and adhere to facility policies

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy
• Experience with healthcare documentation systems
