Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Complete necessary documentation and coordinate with ATI for clearance prior to assignment start.
• Adhere to licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active State license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in setting up and managing therapy sessions.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Credentialing requirements as specified.
• Equipment will be provided during interview.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.
• Familiarity with ATI policies and procedures is a plus.

• Billing Rate: $90/hour
• GWW (Gross Weekly Bill): 40 hours
• Pay GWW: Yes
• OT Bill: 1.5
• Billing Cycle: Weekly
• Notice Period: 30 days
