Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with staff to ensure quality resident care
- Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Active NC LVN / LPN license or compact license
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of previous Geriatric LPN experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in LTC or SNF settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
