Key Responsibilities
- Provide licensed practical nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Administer medication and monitor resident health status.
- Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality resident care.
- Cover shifts as scheduled, including every other weekend rotation.
- Follow all facility policies and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Active NC LPN license or a valid compact license.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous Geriatric LPN experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in LTC or SNF environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
