Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Support patients in activities to improve their motor skills and daily living habits.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate observations to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and treatment outcomes.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable environment for patients throughout therapy sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Prior experience working in a clinical or therapeutic setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team.
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in therapy environments.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and modalities.
