Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage patient treatment plans following clinic protocols and documentation standards.
• Use Raintree EMR system for documentation and patient records.
• Work scheduled hours during clinic operating times, primarily weekdays.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and partners to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain at least 3 months of outpatient therapy experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least 3 months of outpatient therapy experience or 1 year of PT experience in different settings.
• Ability to work weekdays, with flexible scheduling options discussed during phone screening.
• Must have completed Cypress Health Partners outpatient pre-screening form.
• Willingness to complete pre-assignment modules (3 sessions, reimbursable via lump sum).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Raintree EMR system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
